Any time I deactivate Jetpack my Custom CSS shuts down. I’m trying to get away from using Jetpack and I cannot figure out why this happens. Please help.

Also, is Jetpack bad to be using? A few folks told me that I should be avoiding it.

    Hi there,

Thanks for updating the thread! Jetpack has some modules that enhance performance. Caching is good for performance but it needs to be cleared and deactivated when editing your site. This way your changes will show up instead of your old cached styling and functions. I’m not entirely sure what is causing the issue with your custom CSS. It may just be caching, so try and see how to clear that and also disable your performance module while editing the site.

Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!
