GhostWhaleParticipantHi,
Referring back to this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/custom-css-for-plugin-not-working/
The CSS that sets the max width of the boxes for the Send In Blue form on my homepage doesn’t appear to work correctly. The width doesn’t appear to get wider than roughly 150px despite max width being set to 600px.
Additionally the default text in the boxes (‘name’, ‘Surname’, ’email’) doesn’t get removed when clicking in the box to enter required details. It has to be manually deleted.
Can you advise on both points?
Cheers

GhostWhaleParticipantJoao,
This is Send In Blue. We chose it as a service on a cost and flexibility for our needs basis.
Please advise.

Rue NelModeratorHello Stuart,
Thanks for updating in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
