A client has sent in this complaint. It has happened to him before as well. He is an IT professor at a university so I doubt it is user error.

“When attempting to sign up online, I’m getting the error where my cursor turns into an O with a diagonal slash across it when I move to click on the “Purchase with Credit Card” button again.”

He uses Linux. Firefox 4.0. We use IThemes Exchange. They say it is likely a CSS theme issue and not a problem within in Exchange.

    Thanks.

    Our website is http://www.futurelifenow.c
The product he was trying to purchase was:
    http://futurelifenow.com/product/pelvis-restoration-standingwalking-feldenkrais-series-mondays-66-627-600-715-p-m/

No other products were in the cart.

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have tested the page and it looks like the cursor you are seeing indicates the it is busy. As soon as the cursor disappear, a lightbox will display for the use to input the credit card information.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you. I will try and get some feedback. He is an IT professor at a local university so it seems odd that it wouldn’t have noticed that the cursor changes. But maybe he was in a hurry both times.

I asked him to try again. He said it sits there for up to 5 minutes. He didn’t wait any longer than that.

    Hi Cynthia,

Another support here, I only saw that not-allowed cursor for a second and then the lightbox to input the credit card info appear.

I did try it both on Chrome and Firefox, no problem encountered.

The not-allowed cursor normally show up to the button that process things so the user would not able to click the button twice or multiple times.

Maybe you can ask him to use a different browser.

    Thanks.
