This is urgent, because it is completely messing up my website.
I don’t know where to get support for Convertplug other than trying it here.
I created an Info Bar – for testing I had it first only appear on one sandbox page where it looked good.
Then I switched it to show on every page and noticed that on two of my most important pages it didn’t render correctly and caused some CSS errors.
So I tried to remove it from the site but it won’t let me.
First I tried switching the settings from “all pages” to nowhere – didn’t help, info bar still shows up.
Then I “paused” it – didn’t help, info bar still shows up.
Then I uninstalled Convertplug altogether – didn’t help either, still shows up.
Of course I cleared WP rocket cache and even disabled WP rocket.
I keep emptying my browser cache, doesn’t help either.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

Looks good on my end, I don’t see any difference from info bar on both pages, logged or not. I can turn it off and on and it’s working.

Might be cache on your browser, please clear it. And please provide a video recording of what you’re currently getting.

    Thanks!

    Hi, thanks.
Yes, it must be some strange caching issue. Changes that I make in Convertplug take about 10 hours or so to become live on the site, but eventually they show up. It doesn’t seem to make a difference if I purge my site cache or my browser cache.
Convertplug seems to be the only plugin being affected by this. It is very weird….

    Hello There,

Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates or any changes made, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest updates or changes is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If you need anything else we can help you with, don’t hesitate to open another thread.
