    I’m needing to create an intensive help catalogue & forum section; a good example in terms of functional needs would be this very Themeco Knowledge Base & Forum sections of this site. Are there any templates / best practice / any other material(s) that could assist in designing, building & maintaining such functionality? Many thanks in advance for any pointers or references.

    Thanks for writing in! You can use BBPress plugin to create a forum.

    To create a knowledge base section, you may check a similar plugin as follows.
