    Hey there,

    X-Theme still is awesome!

Let’s get right into my question…

“Is there a chance to create a forum with more usability then bb-press offers?”

At the moment I have bb-press integrated into my page. But the thing is: I want to build up a community of user wich aren’t into coding, html and stuff.. So I need a forum in wich you can write posts and create threads with the easy and user-friendly ability to:

    – change colors
    – change boldness, cursive, underline
    – font size

And so on… The usual text editing stuff, right?

“(questioning why the bb-press developers didn’t integrated it themselves)”

At least the ability to make something bold or write something cursive in an visual text editor (no “coding” into the texboxes needed) would be a first good step towards my idea.

    Got something?

Since I don’t have launched the community now and didn’t created that much topics it would be no problem to start all over with something completely new…

I thank you so much for support, keep on rocking!

    Hey there,

Thank you for your kind words. Regretfully though, what you need requires custom development which is outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/

    Thank you for understanding.

Ok what a pity, but still thank you.

I will head for a custom developer when I think it’s definitely needed, since I am still in the development phase.

    Have a nice day.
