LukassimonParticipantHi, whenever I place a counter below a grid from essential grid plugin that is included in the theme it does not work. The counter does not start as if it is not triggered. However, if I place the counter above the grid on the same page the counter starts. Any idea how I can get it to work also below a grid?

RadModeratorHi there,

Would you mind providing your site’s URL that has this issue? If it’s behind a coming soon page, then please provide a login credentials as well.
Thanks!

LukassimonParticipantHi. One page I have this problem on is bestbonuslist.com. I have worked around the problem by not adding counters or fading of text below any essential grid element but it would be nice if I could do that.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Can you please add the counters below the essential grid so we can take a look at the issue and see what’s going on?
Thanks!

LukassimonParticipantHi, I have added a counter in the bottom of the front page. It does not start ticking while the counters on the top of the page above essential grid does start.

LelyModeratorHi Simon,
It is working when I checked. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDX0ezQhLH
Then I checked again using Firefox and saw the issue. I tried to login but then the credentials provided doesn’t have admin rights. Please give us admin rights so we can investigate further.November 23, 2016 at 1:01 pm #1268544
LukassimonParticipantHi. Now you have admin rights. I use chrome and there it does not work for me. Might be browser specific.
Best regards, Simon

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
This could be just a caching issue. Since you are using SiteGround, could you please disable the supercacher in your hosting panel? The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.
For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm
And you also have installed a caching plugin SG CachePress, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
I would also recommend that you clear your browser cache or even use private browsing mode and test your site again.
Hope this helps.
