444mediaParticipantI have two issues. Thought I would combine them into one ticket (hops that’s OK):
1. The two counter elements on my home page (ccrcofamerica.com) are not working on my home page. As you scroll down the page to where the counters come into view, they just all sit at 0. I had this issue before on mobile, but then it went away (possible a cache issue). But I cleared the cache, in Chrome, and still same issue. I also tried Firefox and Edge…neither of which I rarely use, and same issue.
2. When I went to Edge to see if the counter elements would work, the slider image and animations above the mast would not load, just remains a white page. Though the rest of the site loads.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.6.0
Cornerstone: 1.3.0You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
And if you are using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like Autoptimize, WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Hope this helps.

444mediaParticipantOK…so I am up to date with the theme and cornerstone now. But still same issue. I then deactivated Autoptimize, and it then worked. And works at Edge now (the slider). So it’s that plugin that was causing the issue. Though, by the way, I didn’t think to deactivate that plugin because when I originally activated that plugin, the counters worked. Not sure why they stopped…but anyway, it was that plugin, so it’s been deleted.
But I need some sort of caching plugin and optimization plugin, no? I tried A2 optimize, but there was an issue with W3 that comes as part of it. I believe the issue is GoDaddy hosting doesn’t allow their sites to have W3. A2 did speed up the site according to speed tests, but I kept getting a warning that a W3 file was missing. That might have been due to GoDaddy.
I also tried Cloud Flare, to which I have had good results with with other sites with other themes, like Kleo. But seems with X, Cloud Flare is causing an issue with Revolution Slider. And it actually didn’t speed up the site by much according to my before and after speed tests. So I deactivated it.
Anyway…what would be another optimization/caching plugin that works well with X?

444mediaParticipantActually, I had already read this. Doesn’t help, as the article specifically refers to W3 and Cloud Flare.
Any others?
Thanks
