    when I try to install it

    it gave me this error

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks for writing in !

    Let’s try install it manually. To do so, from Downloads in your ThemeForest account, click Download next to X and choose: All Files & Documentation download from ThemeForest. Unzip, and you will find an extensions folder containing zips for all our Extensions.

    upload related plugin .zip file to wp-content/plugins. Unzip the file and activate plugin from WP dashboard.
