    Hi,

I run a Cloudflare setup and afterward Cornerstone stopped working. Since then, I removed the Cloudflare setup and still I can’t get Cornerstone to work.

    WP 4.6.1
    Cornerstone 1.3.3
    X 4.6.4

    Thanks

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in, I’ve tried to check this but get a JS error in Cornerstone, which seems to be because of Cloudflare, please follow the following steps to bypass the issue with Cloudflare and Cornerstone.

    1) Login to CloudFlare and go to Page Rules
    2) Create a new page rule
    3) In the page rule link put: *.yourdomain.com/*?cornerstone=1* Type this exactly how it’s seen including the * and replace yourdomain with the name of your domain
    4) Leave everything the same but change settings:

    Custom Caching: Bypass Caching
Browser cache expire TTL: 30 minutes
    Always Online: OFF
    Performance: OFF

    Thank you!

I disabled Cloudflare and changed the DN back to where they were and I can’t load Cornerstone still.

    Hi,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Ok. Tried what you suggested and the Cornerstone logo just spins and spins and spins and…

I see you’re using optimization plugins. Here are the errors in the console that is why Cornerstone is not loading

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ,
header-969566ff-1479240398.min.js:353 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
jquery.blockUI.js:617 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(…)
header-ae6a4930-1480154808.min.js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(…)
?cornerstone_preview=1:216 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(…)
footer-53f589f8-1480154848.min.js:2547 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ,
    ?cornerstone_preview=1:284 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token }

Please clear your cache and deactivate all third party plugins and also custom codes anywhere in the site then check again.

    Thanks.
