ahagedonParticipantI’m using the Ethos Stack and trying post/host a video using the Video Player element within Cornerstone. The video is uploaded to the media gallery (both MP4 and MOV formats) and I can sellect it in the Cornerstone customization. But it never shows up in Cornerstone and returns “Video Source Missing” error on the page. The client does not want it embeded from another site.
That page is:

RadModeratorHi there,
You didn’t add the video sources, I went ahead and added them.
I also changed your “The Grid”‘s global settings since it overrides the theme’s player styling.
Thanks!

ahagedonParticipantYou Rock! If you’ll let me know how you “fixed” it – or just did it the right way 🙂 – I’ll make sure to get it right next time.
Cheers,

ahagedonParticipantsorry, didn’t see your response above before my last note. Where and how did you add the video sources? I did select the video in the Cornerstone element customization. What did I miss? Thanks for clarifying.

Paul RModeratorHi there,
I’m posting the reply below.
1. It’s not under Cornerstone Setting, but video lock extension.
http://www.tiffanyceverett.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-extensions-video-lock
2. It’s your first’s section margin, it has 90px. Please inspect your first section and set its top margin to zero.
3. Because they are saved as private pages/posts, and they are only viewable for logged in user. You should edit your page/posts and change the status to publish/public. At least, that’s what I found from those posts/page. But you may provide the exact URL that has this issue, it’s not visible from your screenshots.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Because the URL is incorrect, the correct one is this http://www.tiffanyceverett.com/category/lifestyle/faith/
You can check all category URLs here http://www.tiffanyceverett.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category
Your added URLs on your menu are custom and static, which mean, you’ll have to update it occasionally when you change your URL structure.
Thanks!
