    Hi,

    I’m having a lot of trouble with Cornerstone lately. When I save, it takes a really, really long time and sometimes it will say that it saved but when I leave and come back or refresh the page, my changes are gone. I’m not sure if I need to adjust something in my database or if others have had these issues. Any help would be amazing.

    I should note it doesn’t happen every single time, but it’s happening more and more frequently lately. I’ve tried everything I can think of in terms of clearing browser cache and stuff like that. I was having issues with my site not having enough memory so I had to adjust the max memory in my database, could that be the problem?

    Hello Matt,

    Thanks for writing in!

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If that doesn’t work please share login details of your website in a private message.
