I bought X Theme, installed Integrity 1 …

I went to pages and tried to edit the home page to make it look like the demo, then clicked Cornerstone and it only opens but never shows anything else. It gets stuck …

So I’m stuck …

About to ask for a refund, obviously if you can’t edit pages. Using Chrome.

Would you mind performing a few steps to resolve this issue?

In order to do so, please backup your site and try to install and run Transient Cleaner (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/).

1. Install Transient Cleaner
2. Navigate Dashboard >> Tools >> Transients
3. Set Clear Expired Transients >> Enable
4. Select Run Now
5. Set Remove All Transients >> Enable
6. Set Remove All Transients >> Optimize Afterwards
7. Set Remove All Transients >> Clean Now
8. Save Changes
9. Recheck your Cornerstone for functionality

If you have this problem with few page, you can import their template and export them to new pages to fix this.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi there,

It’s because of this

Refused to display 'http://reservereporting.com/?cornerstone_preview=1' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY'.

All iframes are denied even if it’s on same origin (domain). Please add this to your site’s htaccess file.

Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN

I could do that but I’m can’t login through FTP.

Please provide us the correct ftp details so that we can check your htaccess and other necessary required settings for your WordPress installation.

We also recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

They will be able to help you with that. This isn’t an issue with X, Cornerstone or WordPress in general.
