    Hi Support,

    I’ve been optimising my site.

    I’ve enabled maintenance mode in cloudflare, and don’t have any plugins on that minimise js and css. I’m trying to edit one of my pages using cornerstone, but I can’t get it to load. I get the cornerstone loading icon consistently.

    I’ve tried purging the cache, but still nothing. Is there something else that I should be doing to get it to load?

    Hi there,

    The Cornerstone builder takes place on the front end, so sometimes Cloudfare tries to cache its resources. This can cause stale data to be loaded. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable Cloudfare when the builder is in use. This won’t effect front end performance at all.

    1. Log into CloudFlare and navigate to “Page Rules”
    2. Add a new rule using this URL pattern: *.example.com/*?cornerstone=1
    3. Under custom caching, enable “Bypass cache”
    4. Turn Performance “Off”

    If you’re still having issues editing a page, you may need to login to Cloudfare again and purge the cache.

    Hi Christopher,

    I’ve double checked… That’s already in place.

    Clearing the transients managed to get me through to the page, but only in skeleton mode. I don’t have any plugins minimising js or css (I’ve already had this issue and had to remove them to get cornerstone working again).

    Is there anything else that you can suggest?

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hey Nikki,

    There is an issue with your SSL setup (see attachment). Please ensure the http version of your site is redirected to https. Please contact your web host regarding this or a web developer to fix other errors.

    Hi Rad,

    Just an update for you guys… The SSL issue didn’t resolve cornerstone not loading so we reverted to a backup.

    The Web developer seems to think it came about when I minimised the JS and CSS.
