Good news. I found the answer. THERE IS A SAVE BUTTON VERY SMALL AT THE BOTTOM.

Yes. Is there a systematic way to learn how to set up your theme? Instead of reading all that documentation?

Do we need to learn cornerstone first? OR your Theme first? Is there videos?

We have published and made screencasts wherever applicable to explain the concepts in more visual manner. We request you to please check our knowledgebase. If you are going to use Cornerstone with X theme then my recommendation would be to get yourself comfortable with X and then Cornerstone.
