    Hi there, wasn’t sure if I should post this in X or Cornerstone forum, so sorry if this is the wrong place.

    I have X theme (latest 4.5.2)

    And I keep hitting issue with Cornerstone logo spins forever.

    I get in now and again, but there must be something serious going on, for it only to sometimes work.
    (last 10 times it hasn’t worked)

    This is on my own secure development server, so I can do anything on the server.

    I have searched around on the forums and tried the following:

    • define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
    • Cleared browser History
    • no error in Apache
    • No error in php log file

    With no error, it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, i use lots of plugins, so don’t really want the job or turning each one off/on in turn to see if that is the issue.

    Can you suggest how I can find what is going on.

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Upon checking your site, cornerstone pages loaded fine for me. Please see the attachments.

    Yep, thanks Christopher, seems to be working well today ?? strange. I will keep an eye on it.
    Do you have a list of other plugins that ‘don’t play well’ with Cornerstone, i.e. should be avoided.

    Hi,

    Sorry, we currently don’t have a list of plugins that should be avoided.

    We usually try to resolve it if there known plugin conflicts.

    We only have version compatibility list.

    Hi there,

    not working today ???
    I just added mailchimp for wordpress plugin.
    BUT deactivating this makes no difference, I have reactivated.

    Just get spinning logo…

    Any ideas?

    It looks like there is a plugin conflict as I tried cornerstone and it loads almost instantly.

    You can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
