    Hi,

    Cornerstone is hanging from time to time in loading screen. Seems to happen with new and already existing pages. Issue occurs with our 2 installations. Similar thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cornerstone-stone-hanging/

    X theme: 4.6.4
    X child: 1.0.0
    WordPress: 4.7 and 4.6.1
    Plugins: Only Cornerstone, on other site additionally Slider Revolution, UberMenu and Visual Composer (X versions)

    Both hosted with Mittwald (https://www.mittwald.de/). Apache, PHP 7.0 CGI and MySQL 5.6.19..

    Continued reloading of page fixes the issue. Number of reloads varies between 2 and 5+.
    No errors in console.

    Issue does not always occur.

    Hello There,

    Since the issue is not consistent, this might be memory.

    You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Hope that helps

    This doesn’t work.

    Just now, I had to close the tab and start all over again. At the second try, I had to reload three times (after reloading almost 15 times at the first try without success).

    Sometimes this issue is very annoying.

    HI There,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes,

    Joao

    Sorry, but this problem occurs on freshly installed WordPress sites. No plugins installed.

    Server issue, maybe?

    Hi There,

    It might be server issue. Can you provide wordpress admin credentials? We would like to check directly if there is any error that is causing the issue.
