I have the same issue as previous despite using all the same settings.

Cornerstone is not installing and saying file permissions (all set to 755).

Can you help me get this installed as I need to get going?!

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! After further investigation, it appears that you have uploaded the x folder inside another x folder. I have fixed the issue and Cornerstone is now installed.

If you need anything else we can help you with, don’t hesitate to open another thread.

Sorry Rue. Can you help? When I try to use the customiser it is giving me this message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/rck2/F1CWM898/htdocs/thrive-info/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2352

Hi There,

Could you please try adding the following code into your wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Hi there,

This setting may not work if your host does not allow for increasing the PHP memory limit in that event, please contact your host to increase the PHP memory limit.
