Hi,

I am using Cornerstone to develop my Contact Us page. I keep getting two errors.

1) Uh oh!
A suitable content area for the live preview couldn’t be identified. Switching to Skeleton Mode.

2) This is a paraphrase. There may be a problem with a script.

It then switches to skelton mode.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.42 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:

Dear host,

I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and 
I was wondering if my account supported the following:

- PHP 5.6 or greater
- MySQL 5.6 or greater
- The mod_rewrite Apache module

Hi Rue,

Unfortunately, this is not upgradable at this time. They anticipate the end of this month. In the meantime, what do you suggest? Can I use Page Builder?

Hello There,

Thanks for the updates! I went ahead, logged in and check your Contact us page. It turns out that the Contact Us page were not created in Cornerstone. Originally it was created with other plugin. Please keep in mind that only pages created with Cornerstone can be edited in Cornerstone. And please also keep in mind that you are not supposed to switch between editors to avoid corrupting any Cornerstone data.
