Andrew FParticipantI have a problem with cornerstone.. I can’t get the builder to load. I have followed the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Cleared Cache and Transient objects
2. Disabled Cloudflare and all 3rd party plugins
3. Cleared browser cache and router cache. No luck for me.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please connect to FTP and remove cornerstone folder from wp-content/plugins. Next visit X addons page to install cornerstone automatically.
If it doesn’t help, please disable all plugins except those come with X and provide us with FTP credentials.
Thanks.

RadModeratorHi there,
I just checked and compared it on your screenshot and I’m not getting that. It works here http://5thgear.bryantconsultants.co/meeting-planners/?cornerstone=1
Perhaps it’s already fixed? Please try clearing your cache again this time.
Thanks!

Andrew FParticipantI tried again and it still doesn’t work. I have a testing account with saucelabs and I tested it on several OS and browsers and it didn’t work on any of them. On my local network I cleared my cache changed DNS servers, tried on several different browser and local machines all of them give the same results.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Could you please temporarily deactivate CloudFlare? You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
You can find the latest compatible plugin version here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/
Please let us know how it goes.

Andrew FParticipantAll that has been done (cloud flare and plugins disabled). The entire time still not working. I have several other Dev sites on this domain and server all work fine

ChristianModeratorWould you mind deactivating all third party plugins while we investigate. I see WP Optimize is still enabled.
Thanks.

Andrew FParticipantAll set sorry I was using that to delete the transient objects
July 3, 2016 at 7:41 am #1070311
ChristianModeratorI tried your FTP access but couldn’t login. Please check.
If you wouldn’t mind setting up a clean install, that would be great. It might be that Cornerstone resources were re-optimized and cached by your optimization plugins.
Thanks.

Andrew FParticipantI tried to resinstall X no luck.. I also logged into FTP on a remote server just to check to make sure any IP address could access it, we do have some GEO blocks based on country enabled on our server so if you let me know what IP you are trying to access the site from I can whitelist the IP and or country.

Andrew FParticipantFurther troubleshooting:
Removed all sidebar widgets and custom css and that didnt work either.
