Dear Themeco. longtime customer with multi-customer license purchases — we have a current site which we are trying to utilize the ‘fade’ option and it unfortunately is not working. It basically just doesn’t do anything when applying the ‘fade’ to various sections throughout several pages (some colums contain images, other text, etc — nothing works). We have provided a sample page link. Can you advise or point to potential bug for fade animations? thank you

(FYI top animation was done in the revolution slider plugin so disregard that animation)all versions current

Thank you for writing in! Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If you found the plugin that causing the issue, please make sure it is up to date.
