Hello!

I have a small problem on my site. It’s an affiliation site and therefore I have to put external links on buttons.
However if I put the link in the HREF section, it does that :

http://imgur.com/a/xxArR

It worked for other buttons with different links, so I am not sure to understand the problem…

It works for all the links except Unibet, Pinnacle and Bet365.

Hi There,

The buttons that are not working are the one´s you did not turn on the option open link in a new window.

Hi Joao,

I turned all the buttons on, still nothing. I saved, put the # back and off again, nothing.
It’s still on the same buttons.

I really hope we can fix that as this is the last thing I need to fix to launch the site.

When I Click the buttons on links are opening in a new tab.

Hi Joao,

The problem is that in back office, when I put the link in the HREF box, button disappears like that:

If I remove the link, the button show up again :
http://imgur.com/a/NLZGf

On the site itself, it shows this (no button at all) :
http://imgur.com/a/FhT04

And it does that for these links :

https://wlpinnaclesports.adsrv.eacdn.com/C.ashx?btag=a_13621b_9205c_&affid=14379&siteid=13621&adid=9205&c=
http://www.bet365.com/home/?affiliate=365_390223
http://adserving.unibet.com/redirect.aspx?pid=1985206&bid=17869

But it works with these :

https://sports.betway.com/ee/?s=bw37771
http://alphadraft.go2cloud.org/aff_c?offer_id=22&aff_id=1771

I really don’t get what could be wrong.

Also, I noticed that the links we are talking about are not showing here on this page.
Is there anything special with those links that don’t “match” with the system?

I have tried to check the homepage of your site in Cornerstone but I can’t seem to see any issue as you have described. Please refer to the screencast below. Would you mind mentioning the steps you took so that we could replicate the issue?

It is really strange, I did exactly the same thing than you. It seems that the links are working after I passed them in TinyURL.com.
