    Hi there,

    I hadn’t updated our site theme for a while and I checked it out today and it appears completely broken.

    Can you please advise what I need to do to fix the site please:

    ilovewebsites.com.au

    and I can’t actually login anymore at ilovewebsites.com.au/wp-admin as I see the attached.

    I’ve updated the theme to the most recent release and updated the cornerstone plugin from cpanel.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Please remove cornerstone and reinstall X. In the latest versions of X Cornerstone installs automatically in the background while X is being setup.

    Note you may need to delete X via FTP so your site can switch to a default theme and you can install X again.

    If you run into issues, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
