    Hey Kevin

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks.

Hey, after disabling JCH Optimize PRO, it just works

I see that the problem is server-side. There is actually a big bad server problem. There is a ddos attack on the Strato.de server.
    ——————————————
The problem with Cronerstone is, that if it takes to long to load, it breaks up.
I just increased the time limit:
    set_time_limit(300); in wp-config.php

    ——————————————-
Now Serverproblem is fixed, but Cornerstone only works while Caching&Minify Plugin
    JCH Optimize Pro is deactivated.
    ——————————————-
Tried with activated JCH Optimize PRO:
Now i just disabled allmost all plugins –> not working
After deleting the disable_wp_emojicons function in functions.php, it works…

    I don’t understand the world.

    Hi Kevin,

Would you mind opening another thread until we are sure the problem of the other customer is solved? We have been working on this issue and would be the best if the subjects don´t get mixed since there is a chance that what is causing the issue is a total different reason.

    Thanks for understanding,

For now we can this thread to @jamcampos.

    Thanks again,

    Joao

    Hey,

I deleted all my cache and cookies. Also tried using it on incognito mode and had no luck. (I’m using Chrome).

Nevertheless I went on Safari and if worked fine. Just some images showing on the backend where they shouldn’t be, but they don’t appear on the front end. See attached file.

Still can’t use cornerstone on chrome. But I’m guessing I can work on Safari. Any suggestions for making it work on Chrome?

@Kevin Another support here and Cornerstone isn’t loading randomly due to “Service Unavailable” caused by minified files. I disabled your JCH Optimize and it now loads okay. Looks like your caching plugin doesn’t follow the no-cache rule. Cornerstone will not load with minified CSS and Javascript files. Please use another caching/minifying plugin that allows cache exclusion, one good sample is W3 Total Cache.

@Jam Would you mind disabling CloudFlare’s Rocket Loader? Or perhaps the disable whole CloudFlare CDN/Caching while we’re testing. They are active and I can confirm them in the source code.

    Thanks

    Hi Rad,

I deleted my cloudflare account for this domain as soon as the problem begun. I also deleted the plug in, as you can verify by logging in to the account. How else could I disable it?

The problem still persists on Chrome. I’ve updated to tha latest release, but still no luck on getting it work.

    Thank you for your help,

    regards,

    Jaime

    Hi Jaime,

Thanks for updating the thread! You may need to check with your hosting to see if CloudFlare is active for your site on their end. Deleting your account and the plugin may not deactivate it right away. Please ask your host to see what they can find.

Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!
