I have seen a lot of WordPress plugins.

I’m looking to show the cookies acceptance bar / pop-up when the button of the starting full screen video (educainventions.com) is pushed. In other words when the sticky menu bar is showed. In other words when the page is scrolled down.

Any hint?

I don’t have any problem with any plugin.

I want hide the cookies stuff when the page load as it is showing the full screen video. Then show the cookies acceptance bar / pop-up when the button of the starting full screen video (educainventions.com) is pushed. In other words when the sticky menu bar is showed. In other words when the page is scrolled down.

A possible solution I’m thinking about:
– When the page load, it call a “hide” command in css
– When the button of the full screen video (educainventions.com) is pushed, besides scrolling down, it call a “show” command in css

Do you think it can be the best way? How to achieve this? Any other easier idea?
