Hi Staff,

When i try to load the convertplug editor to design a modal box or any element the editor will not load, it’s stuck in a loop with the loading icon only.

The installation of WP is fresh with all updated software and no additional plugins,

Hello Fish,

Thank you for the very detailed information. You may have experienced PHP memory exhaustion. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

Hi there,

The error says LAIconManagerCollection is not defined which is related to SuperFly. I disabled SuperFly to confirm it and ConvertPlug works. I enabled SuperFly again.

I can confirm this on my installation too, we’ll look into it.
