wsmaniac01ParticipantHi guys
I have researched the forum and found a few topics on this, but nothing that solved my problem sorry. I have just changed a clients site over to https, everything is working fine except for that annoying grey error “Your connection to this site is private but….”
As per attached screen shot, two ConvertPlug resources are still loading over http. Why is this so and how can I fix it, please?
The website is http://www.doublechecknz.co.nz
Thanks
Cole

wsmaniac01ParticipantThanks for this, but I have already reviewed that post and it doesn’t help me…
I have tried everything from using the pre defined icons, to a custom URL, to removing and re uploading the .png file to the server via FTP. Nothing works.
This really does seem like an issue ConvertPlug should address? This is the ONLY thing stopping the site https verification…!

LelyModeratorHello Cole,
Instead or removing and re-uploading the image via FTP as you have tried before, can you try doing that on Convertplug instead? See attached screenshot. Try to remove and reupload that same image so it will be now process using https.
Hope this helps.

wsmaniac01ParticipantThanks guys,
I had tried that, but for some reason it wasn’t saving the settings on my modal. I deleted and created an entirely new modal, re uploaded the images and https is working now.
Thanks for your help!
