When I select a template option in convertplug it stalls on the following load screen. Have deactivated/re-activated and deleted/re-installed.

    I also have this notification:

“Your server seems to be running outdated, unsupported and vulnerable version of PHP. You are advised to contact your host and upgrade to PHP 5.6 or greater.”

    Any ideas for a solution?

    Hey there,

Please contact your host to update your PHP version to 5.6 first. If the issue persists, please give us your URL and access to your WordPress admin and FTP in a private reply.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Upon checking, I got the following error:
uncaught ReferenceError: LAIconManagerCollection is not defined

That error is related to Superfly plugin. Please try disabling Superfly plugin and then try Convertplug again.

    Hope it helps.
