JakeParticipantHello,
I want to have a ConvertPlug form integrated with my MailChimp account. I have it integrated and I believe the email form works… but I would like to have first and last name fields included in the export to MailChimp. I have the form made… but I get an error. I believe the problem is ConvertPlug ‘talking’ with MailChimp due to the extra fields. Where/how do I get the settings changed to get this to work?
Thank you!

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! This maybe a question for the Convert Plug and Mailchimp developers. It would be a good idea to contact them directly. We can also try if we can find an easy solution otherwise we’d need to direct you to the original developer or to engage a developer for a custom solution. If you would like us to try and take a look, please provide us with more details such as what the error message is and also please provide your URL with any necessary credentials via a private reply.
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!
