amodokeParticipantWhy am I getting this error when I activate convertplug:
Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=convertplug”.
And on the righthand side on the console, this:
admin.php?page=convertplug:131
August 19, 2016 at 12:53 am #1137977
amodokeParticipantAnd this in the console when trying to create a new popup… the page simply hangs on the “loader” and displays this in the console (see attached pic).

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
There could be many possible reasons, the only way to find out the cause us by checking it.
Would you mind providing your site’s URL, admin and FTP login credentials in private reply?
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not working due to javascript error. Would it be okay if I disable all your plugins? Please backup your site first. jQuery is maybe overridden by another copy.
Thanks!

amodokeParticipantHi,
Yes you can disable other plugins for a while. Just re-enable them when you are done. The site is still in the finishing stage, so don’t worry… as long as you don’t delete any of the content! 😀
Let me know,
I love the plugin and WANT it to work!By the way, one of the plugin, “scripts to footer” moves ALL .js scripts to footer, just fyi, in case it helps.

ChristianModeratorThat is what most probably is causing the issue. Not all scripts must be loaded in the footer. Optimization plugins can cause issues if not configured properly.
Please deactivate all third party plugins while we investigate.
Thanks.

amodokeParticipantHi Christian,
Why dont you disable all plugins when you log in, coz I don’t know when you will login and I don’t want to disable the plugins for a long time.
Just re-enable them when you’re done…

LelyModeratorHello There,
I did disable most of your plugins. Cleared cache before disabling caching plugin. Then I start to create modal after enabling one plugin at a time. The moment I enabled WP Tweet Machine, Convertplug stops working. So I left it disabled and reenabled all other plugins. Convertplug is now working. Feel free to delete all modal I have created from testing.
Hope this helps.

amodokeParticipantHey,
Thanks so much for taking your valuable time and testing it… yeah I had a doubt it was either this or the scripts-to-footer plugin… I guess I’ll talk with the author of that plugin. Is there any specific thing I should mention to the author?
Meaning how should I explain the problem? (Coz every plugin author will say “my” plugin is fine, the “other” one has problems!)

LelyModeratorHi There,
You’re welcome.
Tell them that their plugin has conflict with Convertplug plugin. If it is a paid plugin, at least they can check it for you. Unfortunately, it’s out of control. Thank you for understanding.September 1, 2016 at 4:21 am #1156545
amodokeParticipantHi,
Sorry for re-opening the thread, but the error’s back, and this time, disabling ALL plugins except convertplug shows the error. What now?

RadModeratorHi there,
I love to check it again but seems like the login credentials is no longer valid. Please provide the latest one 🙂
Thanks!
