    Hi,
    Is there a reason why it does not load when I choose one of the template to create my first popup?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    What’s your current PHP version? It should be greater or equal to PHP 5.6. That’s WordPress requirement for it to work properly.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Mr Rai, thank you for the reply.
    I have the same problem as these people:

    What they suggested cannot solve my problem. Is there an alternative?

    Hi there,

    Thanks, but it can be caused by anything and we would like to check and gather information first. It could be due to performance, or javascript error, or cache. Please provide the requested information.

    And I would like to say that disabling Superfly does help. But I really like Superfly, please tell me there is away to fix it.

    That was an issue from older versions and should be working now. If you have older versions then please update your copies. I can also check the details if you like.

    Hello There,

    Thank you for providing the information. I have checked the issue and it turns out that you have SuperFly and ConvertPlug both active. Please note that there is still a conflict between this two plugins. Our developers is already looking into this issue. We also informed the creators of these plugins to find out why. Once we have a fix, we will be releasing an update release soon.
