Hello,

I am using latest version of Convertplug and created 2 Slide in to be display on one of my page. But at a time it only showing 1 Slide In, if I disable 1st Slide In then only it shows 2nd Slide In. Please provide the solution.

Are you referring to slider revolution?If so both are displaying fine, see the attachment. I don’t see convertplug shortcode in your page.
Please provide us with some screen shots and login credentials.

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. You were having a difficulty in displaying the trigger buttons for the slide in because both of the two were on the same spot. You have to make an adjustments so that you can see the two button triggers. Please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

div[data-slidein-style="cp_id_d041e"] .cp-toggle-container {
    top: 30%;
}

div[data-slidein-style="cp_id_4af90"]  .cp-toggle-container {
    top: 50%;
}

No, still showing only 1 Slide In. It shows properly the moment I PAUSE the one is showing.

Hi There,

I am able to confirm that there’s an issue with multiple slide in. That latest slide in you have added works while the previous slide in code is there but doesn’t activate. There’s some class that is not applied correctly resulting to this issue. We have forwarded this to our developer to investigate further and then forward to plugin developer.
