    Hey I am trying to use convert plug.
    modal popup.

    And I chose one and it is loading and loading and loading and loading.

    And nothing happen

    Did anybody had a similar problem?

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes.

    If that does not work, please let us know which one you are choosing that is not working in order that we can check,

    Hi There,

    Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hello

    i did a testing for plugin conflict – and shows no conflict.
    I also deactivated third party plugins and even delete them
    I still have the same problem.

    So it is not the plugin issue.

    and convertplug still does not work.

    Hi There,

    There’s a conflict between Superfly and Convertplug. When both are active there’s an error on the console that stops Convertplug from working. I did disable Superfly on your site at the moment and see it is working. Our developers are aware of this issue right now and they were investigating this already. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will let you know once we have an update. Thank you for understanding.
