    (ConvertPlug Problem X-Addon)

    Just wondering why the Name on the list was empty named “NA”. All of them has their first name filled up. Is this a plugin or configuration problem? Please help me. Thanks in advance

    Hi there,

    Which modal/form you are using for this one? Make sure the Name field is required. Because if the field is not required and user leave this empty then it might happen. If you think you did it right but still happening this then you can open a ticket from – https://convertplugonx.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

    Provide as much as info you can so that they can investigate this easily.

    Hi,

    I’m using a modal named “Get More Subscribers”. it has only one modal, and by the way both name and email was in required state.
