    Hi – I just realized that the bundled version of ConvertPlug plugin only shows Behavior and design icons on left but any video I see from plugin author also shows another donut icon under them.

    What am I missing??

    Maybe it depend on what popup, info bar, or template you use? Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? I like to check it first 🙂

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. Unfortunately as your given credential is not an admin account so we can’t see anything on your dashboard. Kindly update this to an admin account if you want us to check the issue.

    Hey there,

    The donut or the Submission icon applies only if you have a form like the direct download modal template (see attachment).

    Oh OK.

    Do you know if I can create my own slide in, that has some of the elements from the modal, etc. I want the slide in to be a list of social media icons to share the page(s).

    Hi There,

    No problems,

    If you change your mind and need help with it please just reach us again and we will be glad to help you.

    It is a great plugin but like everything has a small learning curve and it can be a bit frustrating, I am sure if you take a break from it and try to tweak it a bit later will understand it without a problem and will be able to use without any issues.
