    Hi all!

    Trying to use the ConvertPlug plugin,… but does not seem to import any templates OR load any existing pages in its dashboard for existing templates (that are already loaded in the system),… all it does is show this screen, with their little pre-loader cycling forever…. see attached…

    Any help appreciated… thnx

    Thanks for posting in.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the credentials. Upon checking your site, I can see the issue on your site. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
