    Hi Support,

    I would like to use the same modal on the main site of my wp multisite to the second site but I do not know how to do it. I see an “Import Modal” button but not an “Export Modal” one.

    Could you advice on this please?

    Hi There,

    Please follow:

    Let us see how we can export a modal popup from ConvertPlug.

    Open the Modal Designer Page. Click on the “Export Button”

    The Export button is seen in line with the Modal Name.

    All the modal settings will be downloaded within a zip file.

    Please see img attached.

    Let us see how we can import a Modal popup in ConvertPlug.

    Open the Modal Designer Page. Click on the “Import Modal” Button.

    Import the zip File through Media Library or Upload it from your Computer.

    Please see img attached.

    Hello Joao,

    Thank you for this but I did it this before writing to you and tried andtried w/o success as I have a warning msg saying I cannot upload such file due to security reasons (never seen before) (see image at http://prntscr.com/bedgj7)

    Hope you can find solution

    Hi G,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Support,

    No need anymore, In Files allowed main settings of WP the extension .zip was not included

    I added it and now it works smoothly.
