    Hi,

I have a convert plug modal which should be displaying when clicking on the relevant pictures at this link…

    http://honestyforyourskin.co.uk/index.php/Skincare-Blog/choosing-the-best-sun-protection/

The picture shows you can click when hovering, but the pop-up box doesn’t appear.

Can you help? What has happened?

    Cheryl

    Hi there,

Please add a class name like my-modal to your modal under display/manual display.
Then remove modal shortcode and add same class to your image, e.g :

<img class="alignright size-full wp-image-3776 my-modal" src="http://honestyforyourskin.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/how-to-choose-sun-protection-4.jpg" alt="Choosing the best sun protection is a pretty weighty decision. Make it a great one, and it will permanently put a lock on the door between your beautiful skin and it ending up looking like a well-done rasher of bacon *winks*. Unlike a lot of other skincare products, you can tell exactly what that bottle of sun protection will do for your skin, just by looking at the bottle. That means once you arm yourself up with this 10 phrase sun protection dictionary, you'll be choosing the best sun protection faster than a NASA rocket launch... http://wp.me/p6LuQS-VI" width="2556" height="700" />

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Christopher,

I’ve added a class attribute as .cp_id_9f775… how do I add this within the IMG code?

    Hi there,

Class name shouldn’t have predot, e.g cp-custom-class. To add class to image element, switch to text editor and add cp-custom-class in image’s class field.

    Thanks.

    I’ve added as…

Choosing the best sun protection is a pretty weighty decision. Make it a great one, and it will permanently put a lock on the door between your beautiful skin and it ending up looking like a well-done rasher of bacon *winks*. Unlike a lot of other skincare products, you can tell exactly what that bottle of sun protection will do for your skin, just by looking at the bottle. but nothing happens when you click on this image…

I’m so confused… I’ve copied the code from the page you’ve shared as below… but it doesn’t work on the page. It works on the link you’ve shared though… what have I missed?

< img width=”817″ height=”224″ class=”cp_id_9f775 alignright wp-image-3776 size-full” style=”cursor: pointer;” alt=”Choosing the best sun protection is a pretty weighty decision. <srcipt> tags are not allowed in text editor, please remove all of them.

    Thanks.

I’ve created a new post and the code works on a new page. It’s not working on this specific page for some reason…???

As I mentioned in my previous replay there are script tags in your page, I wen ahead and removed tags and update ‘X support’ page.
Please switch to TEXT tab and copy page content and then paste it in TEXT tab of your page.

    Hope it helps.

Hi Christopher – that is really strange, where have they all come from? I use the visual editor…

It could happen if you’ve copied code or text from somewhere else. In this case, I recommend you to first paste the code in text editor to remove text formats. Then copy text from text editor and paste it in your page editor.
If you want to copy content between wordpress pages, simply switch to text tab of editor to copy and paste the content. Then you can use visual editor like before.

    Thanks.
