    Hi,

I’ve used ConvertPlug on another site and it worked fine, but I wanted to try out ConvertPlug on our website. The only difference between the two sites is our website has SSL enabled. I’m not able to do anything in ConvertPlug at all. Settings won’t save, I can’t preview templates and I can’t create a new one.

Is there something I’ve missed that would stop this from working?

    Hi Keith,

    Thanks for the information.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, let us know and we’ll diagnose it further.

    Thanks

Hi. I’ve had the same problem with ConvertPlug not working at all.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and then activated them all one by one, it turns out that the Superfly Menu plugin was causing a conflict. Switch it off and all is good.

I’ll be using UberMenu instead so this is no longer a problem for me, I thought I should post this info in case others are having the same problem.

    Hi Patrick,

Yes, it’s known issue between the two. SuperFly is loading the library which isn’t supposed to be loaded on ConvertPlug preview. Been forwarded this issue for investigation but I don’t have any news yet. They are 3rd party plugin from different author, it may take longer.

    Thanks for sharing 🙂

That worked to deactivate Superfly! Hopefully they can fix it so both can work together!

    Hi There,

Unfortunely we cannot provide an ETA but our developers are working with Superfly and Convertplug developers to solve this issue.

    Thanks for understanding,

    Joao
