I just moved my website from the staging site (http://apollofotog.staging.wpengine.com/) to the live version of it at http://www.apollofotografie.com

The convert plug plugin was working perfectly on the staging site but now it’s not working on the live site. It looks like none of the “connects” or the “modal popups” that I created carried over for some reason. I had the convertplug to pop open on the “download pricing” buttons on my page.

I’m trying to add on the mailchimp extension and recreate the campaigns manually but I keep getting an error message that says “Sorry you do not have access to this page.”

I’ve done it a million different ways and can’t seem to figure it out what is going on. I have included a screenshot of the error page and also the connects I had previously connected in the staging site.

    Please help!

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I can see the modals and access them properly – http://prntscr.com/d7fekx

Would you check again clearing your cache?

    Thanks!

Hey! So I got them to pop up by reverting to an older version of X theme & convert plug. I think I had accidentally updated the convert plug to a version that is not supported within x theme(?)..

HOWEVER – now when you click on the “Download pricing” buttons there is an error message that says “THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR REQUEST. Administrator has been notified already!”

Im including a screenshot here as well. To recreate the error go to the home page or any page of the website http://www.apollofotografie.com and scroll down to any of the “download pricing buttons” — pop them open and try to enter your name and email.
    It should issue that error.

What am I doing wrong? help!

    Hi there,

I just checked and sign ups are going through in the admin. The issue might be between your site and Active Campaign server. Would you mind contacting the ConvertPlug author here?

    Hi there,

It should be the ConvertPlug 2.3.1

    Cheers!
