nathanrotenParticipantHi, I am having problems getting convertplug to sync new subscribers with Mailchimp. I have gone thru the Knowledge Base and ensured the mailchimp is connect to a campaign and that the campaign is selected in the modal. The email will remain in the plugin, but it does not sync with mailchimp. Can you help?
The module is made to work with the button on http://www.NathanRoten.com/free-book
I am running x version 4.6.4, and wordpress 4.6.1
Thanks!
Nate

nathanrotenParticipantThank you Lely for the reply. I have tried using the toggle for the double opt-in within convert plug but am still having the same problem. Any other thoughts?
Thanks,
Nathan

LelyModeratorHello Nathan,
Do you have caching plugin? Try to purge cache and try again. If the issue still persists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

RadModeratorHi Nathan,
Would you mind providing your Mailchimp’s login as well? And FTP login credentials too. MailChimp settings is only accessible from their site and not on your site. And I like to check if there are any error through FTP.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not sending the confirmation email, I should get one even if’s marked as spam. But I didn’t get any.
Probably, related to site’s firewall blocking outgoing emails, or mail services is not configured correctly.
Please provide your FTP login credentials for further checking, you may contact your hosting provider about your FTP information.
Thanks!

nathanrotenParticipantThanks Rad. I figured out what was happening, I think.
When I pull up Mailchimp and view my list, the additions to the list, they are there. But, if I sort from oldest to newest and then back to newest to oldest, they show up. It’s a glitch with MailChimp.
Thanks so much for working this thru. I think we are good!
