jwh1585ParticipantI’ve looked at the other posts related to this, but my issues seems a little different in that I get the “there was an issue with your request administrator has been notified” message even when I test with new emails and names? Any thoughts on when this will be fixed or what’s causing?
Does it recognized the inputs are coming from the same IP address?

Thanks, I like to see your current setup. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Been testing and can’t figure it out, even intentionally throwing error isn’t working. Maybe it’s due to caches, is it okay if I disable all your plugins while I’m testing? Especially the cache, chat, and IWP plugin.
If not, please clone your site to staging and I can test there.

jwh1585Participantdon’t want to disable all plugins right now…here is an interesting bit of info that may help: my exit intent full page modal using the same tool, convertplug, works just fine. It’s just the slide-in.
If you still need me to clone my site, I can but need to know how.

Thanks for updating. Only Slide in might be affected as well by a plugin especially the caching and optimization plugins cause this most. If you can’t deactivate the plugins, you should use a staging site for test. You can setup a staging site to a subdomain and clone the site there. You can follow the Migration guide for help.
