    I’ve looked at the other posts related to this, but my issues seems a little different in that I get the “there was an issue with your request administrator has been notified” message even when I test with new emails and names? Any thoughts on when this will be fixed or what’s causing?

    Does it recognized the inputs are coming from the same IP address?

    Hi there,

    Thanks, I like to see your current setup. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Been testing and can’t figure it out, even intentionally throwing error isn’t working. Maybe it’s due to caches, is it okay if I disable all your plugins while I’m testing? Especially the cache, chat, and IWP plugin.

    If not, please clone your site to staging and I can test there.

    don’t want to disable all plugins right now…here is an interesting bit of info that may help: my exit intent full page modal using the same tool, convertplug, works just fine. It’s just the slide-in.

    If you still need me to clone my site, I can but need to know how.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. Only Slide in might be affected as well by a plugin especially the caching and optimization plugins cause this most. If you can’t deactivate the plugins, you should use a staging site for test. You can setup a staging site to a subdomain and clone the site there. You can follow the Migration guide for help.
