Hello,
I am working on this page:
http://herpestherapy.ca/natural-herpes-remedy/and I am using the CovertPlug to create a modal popup to capture emails for mailchimp when the user clicks the big blue buttons (there are 2 on the page).
I have set the proper class on both buttons and in the modal settings.
I cannot get the modal to pop up when the button is clicked.
I have tried several different browsers, clearing cache, turned off cookies, theme and plugins are all up to date, can’t seem to find any script errors.
If someone has a moment to have a look to see if I’m missing something, that would be greatly appreciated.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thanks for providing the login credentials. I have logged in and checked your site. Although you have setup the button to trigger the modal popup, you have forgotten to enabled the modal popup on the page. I went ahead and edited your modal popup settings so that it will be enabled on the said page. Please see the screenshot below:
I have fixed it and when you click on the button, the modal popup is showing now. If you need anything else we can help you with, don’t hesitate to open another thread.
