Hi. I had ConvertPlug working before the latest update. I went through the typical troubleshooting in including turning off other plugins – finally deleting the plugin and re-adding. If I try to activate the plugin, it tries to re-direct as shown in attachment. I am out of ideas. I did not see much on this in the forums. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

This one is weird, there should be redirect within ConvertPlug, and confirmed that by checking it. I installed a fresh copy too by still the same.

I like to investigate it but I’m not going to do that on your live site. It may further break it as I may add changes to test it. Would you mind cloning your site in a sub-folder? You may use All in one migration plugin to clone it.

    Thanks!

Any updates? Were you able to access the exported site?

    Hi there @dthom,

Thanks for writing back, I wasn’t able to access the exported instance. It appears you’ve saved the export in a file. Rather than creating an actual sub-site in a separate folder.

Could you import that file to a new site on that same server, as by testing on another separate server won’t replicate the exact setup and could produce different results.

    Thanks!
