    Hi good evening,

    I have managed to set up the Convertplug, have followed the steps to add the api to wordpress and have created the required list on mail chimp. However the subscribers are not being added to the mail chimp list but appear in the connects section.

    Kindly advise how i can get those contacts into my mail chimp list.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It’s a double opt-in, the subscriber needs to confirm their email first. Once they confirmed it, it will then add their email to the list. Try testing it with different email then check your email and confirm it 🙂
