logan163ParticipantHello!
Please can you advise how I can add space beneath the ConvertPlug info bar so that it doesn’t cover up my logo?
I think it will be a little bit of Custom CSS padding in the Advanced section of the Convertplug editor but I don’t know how to write it correctly.Site credentials to follow
thank you 🙂

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Would you mind provide a screenshot of how you imagine your info bar?
I would suggest you having it at the bottom of your page instead of the header.
You can go to ConvertPlug > Infobar > Click on your infobar > Inside your infobar designer click in Advanced and select position at the bottom.
Let us know your toughts,
Thanks
Joao

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Go to Appereance > Customizer > Header and turn on the topbar content.
You can also delete the content from there.
Hope it helps,
Joao

logan163ParticipantThanks but I meant is there a way in Convertplug I can do that without adding blank space across the top of the whole site?
I only want it to happen on the pages using the convertplug info bar.
Hope that makes sense.
thank you 🙂

logan163ParticipantHi Joao
I have the Convertplug info bar (called Homepage) assigned to the following pages:
Home (start Here)
About
Contact
ResourcesBut I don’t want it to cover my logo. If I add the topbar in via Appearance-Customiser-Header, this adds white space to the top of every page across the whole site and I don’t want to do that.
I hope that it is a better explanation 🙂
thank you

JoaoModeratorHi Logan,
I went to your Info Bar Settings and played a bit and it works, the settings you had you probably would not see it.
It was set to : Dont Show to Logged in users, Show when user is about to leave the site and enabled to not show for 90 days after first time with the info stored on the cookies.
So I played a bit and It is working now, but probably you want to go to your Form Settings Behavior and play a bit with the variables in order that it works the way you want.
Hope it helps.
