    Hi. I cannot for the life of me get into the ConvertPlug editor. Once I choose a template, it just freezes at the little line animation for loading. I’ve disabled every plugin, cleared the caches, disabled Cloudflare, all to no avail. Please advise.

    All things current.

    Hi jrhager84,

    There’s a bug wherein this happen if superfly is active. This was already forwarded to our developer for investigation. But if you have disabled plugins already, you might have different issue. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    @Craig,
    Please open a new thread and then share your credentials too on a private reply. We would to check your setup too.

    Apologies. I thought I had disabled all plugins, but superfly persisted. Disabling it did let ConvertPlug load, it just more time to load than I’m used to. Any ETA on a fix for that? Thanks!

    Hi

    I do not have the super fly plugin, but I was able to fix my issue by deleting and reinstalling the convertplug plugin. I also had to clear the site cache.

    I have had other issues though which I will open a ticket for.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Please connect to FTP and add following lines in wp-config.php file :

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    Hope it helps.

    Was this meant for me as well? If so, where exactly in that file would I add those lines?

    Thanks

    Craig

    Hi there,

    Provided code increases memory limit on your site. Please add it just after /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in wp-config.php file.

    If you need further assist, please open a new thread and provide us with URL and login credentials.

    Thanks.
