    Here is my problem.

    “ConvertPlug
    Details
    INSTALL
    Installing…Error encountered. Details”

    And the “details” are: “No package provided”

    I went to Dashboard > Updates and clicking Check again and there were no updates.

    Any fix suggestions?

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind sharing us revalidating your setup. Revoke your current license to the site the validate it again. If still not working, would you mind sharing us your admin credentials.
