Hey there,
After installing Convertplug, i tried to configure a modal. Unfortunately, regardless of the modal i choose, i can’t reach the design section (i click on “use this” and then i wait, i wait, i wait…).

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You maybe experiencing PHP memory limit exhaustion. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

Hello,
i follow your advices, and add the lines to increase the memory allocated to php.
Convertplug still doesn’t work. I’d like to use the “Upcoming Event In New York” slide in, on the bottom of the homepage

If you are using Superfly plugin please disable while you’re editing modals.
