Hi there,
Hoping you can help out. I am experiencing an issue with custom forms using ConvertPlug. I have a modal with a custom form that is manually triggered that works well. (see http://screencast.com/t/s0htUDFyjnS)
Using the same form set up using the smart launch exit intent setting, when the modal is triggered, the contents of the custom form are not showing. (http://screencast.com/t/yNZzBeDq)
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I just checked and it’s working, it’s just taking a while to appear. How about modifying the amount of seconds it should appear? And please your browser cache, some of the issues are due to cache.

I flushed the cache. No effect.
Perhaps I wasn’t clear in my original post. The exit intent modal is appearing perfectly. The issue is that the social login icons that I have inserted within the modal are not appearing. I have inserted these social login buttons via a script in the custom form section of convertplug. This works perfectly when I set up a modal to be manually triggered. (See screenshots in original post) When I make the modal an exit intent modal, the social login icons do not appear.

I did a thorough checking and it seams that settings is correct. I can’t see any issue that might cause this. The form code just that you have added return the following code without the iframe with the login buttons:
<div id="social_login_demo" style="height:100px;"></div>
The only issue I found with the same error is this:https://wordpress.org/support/topic/social-login-buttons-not-displaying
Would you mind checking first on the Social Login author and see if they can give any insights?Lely,
